2012 in my opinion has been a good year for films and as we ring in the new year and a whole slate of new films to view, I like to list my top 5 films of the year and pick one that I felt rose above the rest. first I will list every film that i gave at least a rating  8.0.

Here are my pics for movie of the year, I mentioned that this was supposed to be five films, but I have six listed here i could not decide between Dredd 3D and Sinister.


Now it is time to pick my favorite film of the year 2012 between these six Nominees

This was my highest rated film even after my adjusted ratings and honestly i could almost find nothing wrong with the film, if you did not see this film make surer you do great film the best of the year of the very good films I saw this year.
